The best transliteration so far for 1952 edition is obtainable in the outward appearance of Arun Samhita, published by Hare Krishna Trust, Chandigarh. Due the nature of language used in Lal Kitab, it is very tricky to recognize in one solitary reading. My suggestion to Lal Kitab students is that one needs to read and reread Lal Kitab to recognize it.
The most excellent choice in English is available in the form of Lal Kitab Discussion translated by Go swami and Vashishta. Lal Kitab Discussion books were known to be published by Sagar Publications. There is no denying the patent fact that Lal Kitab Discussion books is mostly a translation of the year of 1952 edition with some additions from 1939 edition. It is a well proofread and neatly printed. Right now, it is the best and probably only choice available for English readers. In a general the quality of translation is not very good in the case of Lal Kitab Discussion books and so this book must be used in combination with any other book. There are many books by the name of Lal Kitab Discussion books available in the market and it is really difficult for a new student to get the right one.

Lal Kitab Discussion is not a name of one single book. There are five Lal Kitab Discussion books published during year 1939 to 1952 written by Roop Chand Joshi. One needs to read all those Lal Kitab Discussion books to understand Lal Kitab fully. In my opinion 1952 edition of Lal Kitab Discussion is the most thorough and must be the first book to be read by all Lal Kitab enthusiasts. 1952 edition also covers most of the content in previous editions and kind of super set of all Lal Kitab editions.
